RPA Developer

Experience Level Required:

Developer: 6 years (Mandatory)

RPA with UiPath: 3 years (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead within an Agile team overseeing code reviews
• Gain an understanding of existing client workflows
• Design and develop effective process automation solutions tailored to client needs using UiPath
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (development, design, and operations) to create, test, and launch new features
• Resolve defects and enhance application performance
• Continuously assess, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency
• Respond promptly to critical system issues, as well as carry out preventative maintenance and optimization to ensure dependable uptime for end users
• Conduct code reviews to guarantee the scalability, robustness, and security of core products

• Strong attention to detail
• Documented experience working on an Agile development team
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with the UiPath RPA platform
• Meticulous attention to detail and experience aligning with design specifications

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced or Master Certified RPA Professional
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with ML, AI, microservices, API integration, and SQL is advantageous
• 4-5 years of relevant professional experience
