As an Applied AI Specialist, your role will involve the design, implementation, and management of AI-driven solutions that facilitate AI-first Application Management Services. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to create scalable, user-focused AI capabilities that automate processes and enhance service delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Solution Design: Converting business and operational needs into scalable AI capabilities that automate processes and support decision-making.
- AI Agent Integration: Merging AI agents with observability, telemetry, event management, and operational monitoring systems to promote intelligent automation and incident management.
- Performance Enhancement: Overseeing and fine-tuning agent performance through model assessment, prompt adjustments, and logic improvements to boost accuracy and dependability.
- Governance Oversight: Ensuring operational governance of AI solutions by managing production stability, performance benchmarks, and compliance standards.
- Collaborative Engagement: Working alongside application and platform operations, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance agent-based solutions.
