We are seeking an Application Support Specialist who can deliver ITIL support in the following areas:
Proficiency in configuring Warehouse Management System (WMS) functionalities and tailoring workflows to align with operational requirements is essential.
The candidate should be able to work closely with warehouse teams, assess issues, and implement effective solutions.
Practical experience in report design and configuration utilizing tools such as BIRT, BIRST, or Logi Reports is required.
Basic knowledge of SQL is also necessary.
