Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Applied AI Specialist, your focus will be on designing, implementing, and overseeing AI-driven solutions that operationalize AI-first Application Management Services. This position requires collaboration with a range of stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable AI-enabled operations, transforming business and operational needs into user-friendly AI functionalities.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include

• Solution Development: Converting business and operational needs into scalable, user-focused AI functionalities that automate processes, enhance decision-making, and elevate service delivery.
• AI Deployment: Executing and managing AI-driven solutions that seamlessly integrate with observability, telemetry, event management, and operational monitoring systems.
• Performance Enhancement: Overseeing and refining agent performance through model assessments, prompt adjustments, agent configurations, and logic improvements to boost accuracy, dependability, and business results.
• Operational Oversight: Ensuring the operational governance of AI solutions by managing production stability, performance benchmarks, compliance standards, risk management, and ethical AI practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Working alongside application operations, platform operations, engineering, architecture, and business partners to design, implement, and continuously enhance agent-based solutions.
