Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Achieving designated sales targets and driving growth within the power sector.
- Identifying, developing, and converting prospects for new power generation projects, modernization efforts, and service and maintenance offerings for existing systems.
- Formulating and implementing account strategies for significant clients and targeted market segments.
- Leading and coordinating new project initiatives in partnership with international engineering and construction firms.
- Overseeing the entire commercial process, from identifying opportunities to proposal creation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Working alongside internal engineering, proposal, project management, and execution teams to provide value-oriented solutions.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with power utilities, independent power producers, engineering and construction firms, consultants, asset owners, and other essential stakeholders.
- Utilizing market knowledge and insights from the installed base to foster repeat business and long-term service opportunities.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activities to pinpoint emerging opportunities and technologies.
- Delivering market insights and feedback to internal teams to aid in strategic decision-making and product positioning.
- Assisting in commercial negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies and risk management frameworks, and ensuring a seamless transition to project execution teams.

Essential Qualifications for This Role:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a business-related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience within the power sector, with familiarity in technical sales, business development, or customer-facing roles that involve complex solutions.
- Knowledge of power generation assets, project lifecycles, and the customer decision-making process.
- Ability to convert customer and business requirements into functional and commercial solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers and internal teams.
- A collaborative approach with the capacity to influence across various functions and organizational levels.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% as business needs dictate.
- Experience in managing large-scale or enterprise-level customer interactions in the power or energy sector.
- Familiarity with modernization, digitalization, or service-oriented solutions for power generation assets.
- Experience collaborating with international partners or engineering and construction firms.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and consultative selling abilities, including leading customer discussions or workshops.
- Commercial savvy with experience in proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
