Job Overview

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assemble actuators and spare kits in line with engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Conduct assembly and testing across various product models to fulfill daily production goals and customer specifications.
• Carry out component selection, material organization, labeling, and packing as necessary to facilitate a seamless production process.
• Ensure all tasks adhere to Emerson's quality standards while identifying defects or discrepancies from specifications.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with 5S principles and safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Store, Quality, Shipping, and other pertinent teams to meet production needs.
• Report any production delays, safety issues, quality concerns, or opportunities for improvement to the supervisor without delay.
• Perform additional production-related tasks as assigned in response to business requirements.

Essential Qualifications for This Position:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, equipment repair, industrial maintenance, or a related manufacturing field.
• Fundamental understanding of mechanical principles and experience using hand and power tools.
• Capacity to comprehend and adhere to standardized assembly instructions, work instructions, and technical manuals.
• Basic awareness of quality standards and the ability to recognize defects or deviations from specifications.
• Capability to engage in multiple production activities, including assembly, testing, picking, labeling, and packing.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Willingness to work shifts or overtime as needed based on business requirements.

• Prior experience in mechanical or industrial product assembly.
• Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with 5S, Lean manufacturing, safety, and quality methodologies.
