Demonstrate strong business communication abilities
Gathering requirements for regulatory reporting in collaboration with country teams
- Assess requirements in relation to data needs, source systems, and available data pipelines
- Conduct data mapping at the attribute level while establishing data quality rules and extraction criteria
- Define inclusion and exclusion logic to source, combine, and transform data effectively
- Collaborate with developers to design optimized solutions based on requirements
- Work alongside various business and technology partners to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Experience in the banking domain, including products and processes
- Familiarity with data management practices
- Strong understanding of SQL
- Comprehension and interpretation of banking regulatory requirements
