Our rapidly expanding Software Engineering Team is focused on enhancing web page performance and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. This position involves taking a leadership role within the Back-End Development team while collaborating closely with Front-End Development, Design, and Product Development teams to guarantee that all on-screen components and elements are presented consistently and delivered in the most efficient manner possible.

• Collaborate in solution design and product architecture
• Plan and oversee all front-end project initiatives
• Design, implement, and maintain back-end systems
• Ensure all components and code adhere to industry standards, security protocols, and consistency
• Optimize back-end systems for all devices to achieve maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct research and development to introduce new features that enhance user experience
• Ensure all code and components are reusable for future applications
• Conduct regular code reviews
• Implement SCRUM ceremonies for all projects
  
  

Inspire and mentor team members

• Proficient in Back-End Technologies such as ExpressJS, Kubernetes, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and various AWS Services
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in back-end development; front-end development experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Solid understanding of fundamental UI/UX design principles
• Familiarity with the latest technologies, including NodeJS/ReactJS and cloud architecture
• Comprehensive knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Committed to delivering high-quality and testable code through planning, documentation, coding standards, unit testing, and integration testing
• Proficient in Git
• In-depth understanding and experience with seamless CI/CD processes to achieve one-click deployment
• Extensive knowledge of Agile Methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Capable of facilitating all SCRUM ceremonies
• Enthusiastic about developing innovative ideas and methods for demonstrable and sustainable continuous improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, with experience in multicultural environments
