Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to assess hiring requirements and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions throughout Malaysia.
- Offer insights into Malaysia's talent landscape, encompassing market trends, competitive intelligence, and candidate availability.
- Design and implement strategies for attraction and sourcing that enhance employer branding and improve candidate engagement.
- Create, cultivate, and sustain robust pipelines of both passive and active candidates for essential talent segments.
- Ensure a remarkable candidate experience that aligns with the company’s values and bolsters our brand identity.
- Lead and support Talent Acquisition projects aimed at enhancing recruitment efficiency and operational excellence.
- Leverage recruitment analytics to discern trends and refine talent acquisition strategies and outcomes.

Requirements for This Role:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, obtained in an agency, RPO, or in-house environment.
- Experience or familiarity with sourcing talent across APAC markets.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, job platforms, and contemporary search methodologies.
- Proven experience working directly with hiring managers or senior stakeholders.
- Capability to oversee recruitment initiatives and hiring campaigns with defined timelines and deliverables.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and provide insights that inform recruitment decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, characterized by a collaborative and customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Record of success in creating talent pipelines for niche or challenging roles.
- Knowledge of talent sourcing tools specifically tailored for APAC markets.
- Enthusiasm for process enhancement and participation in Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives.
