SAP Basis Consultant

An SAP Basis Consultant is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and efficiency of SAP environments, including ERP, S/4HANA, BW, and others. This role serves as a critical component of SAP system administration, offering support to both technical and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• System Administration
• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems and landscapes.
• Apply patches, perform upgrades, and execute system copies.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Security & Compliance
• Manage SAP user accounts, authorizations, and profiles.
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies and maintain data integrity.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and backup strategies.
• Troubleshooting & Support
• Diagnose and resolve system-related issues.
• Provide technical support to SAP functional consultants and end-users.
• Collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
