Direct and oversee a team of five specialists within the Private Wealth Management IT division.
Manage the design, development, and implementation of solutions across various streams.
Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and processes to guarantee high-quality solution delivery.
Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to assess project status and advancements.
Conduct workshops for collecting business requirements and showcasing solutions.
Oversee training and implementation of changes for business users.
Work closely with all stakeholders on project management and governance issues.

Domain Expertise:
Extensive experience in Private Wealth Management.
Familiarity with Temenos banking products (preferred).
A background in banking is a significant advantage.
Project Management & Agile Methodologies:
Proficient in Project Management with practical experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall methodology.
Demonstrated capability to manage budgets, execution, and forecasting within the functional domain.
Skilled in project tracking and planning tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
Leadership & Communication:
At least 3–5 years of experience managing an IT team.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Capacity to inspire, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to facilitate effective decision-making.
