Technical Program Manager

About the Position

Become a part of the team behind one of Southeast Asia's leading Superapps, a platform that facilitates millions of transactions daily. In this position, you will oversee the complete delivery of essential technology projects. You will serve as the liaison between business and engineering teams, ensuring clarity in requirements, adherence to timelines, and seamless program execution. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and QA teams to implement new features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall program planning, execution, timelines, and delivery.
• Establish project milestones, monitor progress, and manage risks or obstacles.
• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams (Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, QA).
• Lead roadmap planning, prioritization, and alignment with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary communication point for complex programs involving multiple teams.
• Ensure clear updates, visibility, and alignment across management and partners.
• Analyze data and project metrics to inform decision-making.

What We Seek

• 5+ years of practical Program Management experience.
• Proven track record in delivering projects while managing multiple timelines and workstreams.
• Experience in technology, digital products, or engineering-related sectors.
• Exceptional communication skills - confident, clear, and capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at working with data.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to foster accountability across teams.
• A positive, energetic, and engaging demeanor for working with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in technology companies or dynamic product environments.
