Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join the Regional People Team for the Southeast Asia & Oceania region, responsible for executing comprehensive recruitment activities while enhancing Samsung's talent pipeline and employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates for various positions primarily in Singapore, along with select countries in the Southeast Asia & Oceania region.
• Collaborate with business leaders to gain a thorough understanding of their needs and priorities, ensuring a swift and quality-driven hiring process.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle including job intake, posting, sourcing, arranging interviews, and managing offers.
• Develop and maintain a proactive talent pool while staying updated on talent market trends to keep Samsung competitive.
• Act as a representative of Samsung, communicating our value proposition to enhance our employer brand within the marketplace.
• Lead and participate in talent acquisition initiatives, such as campus recruitment efforts and collaboration with the employer branding team.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience in dynamic agency and multinational corporation settings.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in regional hiring.
• A proven track record of achieving success in a metrics-driven recruitment environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• A strong emphasis on achieving results and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with Workday as an ATS is preferred but not essential.
