Technical Lead

Job Summary

This hybrid Technical Lead position is centered on designing and delivering advanced o9 planning solutions for hi tech and online businesses within a global MNC environment. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in o9 supply chain master planning, demand planning, supply chain analytics, O9 MEIO, and Python to create scalable planning ecosystems. The role is highly hands on, focusing on configuration, analytical modeling, and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance forecast accuracy and inventory performance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end o9 supply chain master planning implementations that optimize the supply-demand balance and improve service levels across hi tech and online channels.

Design and configure o9 demand planning workflows to improve forecast accuracy and support proactive scenario planning for rapidly changing digital market conditions.

Build and maintain advanced supply chain analytics models in o9 that deliver actionable insights into inventory health, capacity utilization, and order fulfillment performance.

Create O9 MEIO configurations that systematically reduce excess inventory while preserving availability metrics across multiple nodes and regions.

Develop Python-based data pipelines and analytical scripts to enrich o9 planning models with external data and strengthen automation quality.

Partner with planners, operations teams, and finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into o9 planning designs that align with organizational goals.

Ensure high data quality and trustworthy planning outputs by defining controls, reconciliation checks, and monitoring dashboards that confirm reliability of planning results.

Coordinate solution testing by building test scenarios, documenting outcomes, and refining configurations based on user feedback.

Produce functional and technical documentation capturing design decisions, configuration details, and standard operating procedures for future reuse.

Drive continuous improvement by analyzing planning performance metrics and recommending enhancements to model parameters and processes.

Promote user adoption by leading training sessions, knowledge-sharing clinics, and hypercare support during new o9 solution rollouts.

Maintain adherence to hybrid work model practices through clear communication, progress updates, and established collaboration routines with distributed stakeholders.

Integrate daily work with company sustainability and societal impact goals by designing planning solutions that reduce waste, improve supply resilience, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Have between six and nine years of experience in planning technology roles, with a primary focus on o9 supply chain master planning and demand planning solutions.

Proven hands-on capability in configuring o9 supply chain analytics and O9 MEIO components for complex multi-echelon hi tech and online networks.

Strong proficiency in Python programming for data transformation, scenario modeling, and integration activities related to o9 platforms.

Solid domain knowledge of hi tech and online business models, including short product lifecycles, rapid demand shifts, and global supply constraints.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform ambiguous planning challenges into structured analytical solutions that deliver measurable value.

Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly and inclusively explaining planning concepts, insights, and options.

Adaptability to hybrid work arrangements, leveraging collaboration tools and structured routines to sustain high productivity and stakeholder engagement.
