Computer Vision Architect/ Lead

Job Overview:

• We are on the lookout for a proficient Computer Vision Engineer with hands-on expertise in developing and implementing deep learning models for real-time image and video analytics.
• The perfect applicant will possess a robust foundation in computer vision, along with deep learning frameworks and technologies for edge deployment.
• Computer Vision Engineers with practical experience in:
• Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• CV ML DL model creation
• Object detection and recognition, Action recognition
• NVIDIA technologies
• MLOps and Edge deployment

Primary Duties:

• Design, train, and refine deep learning models for computer vision applications such as object detection, image recognition, segmentation, and video analytics.
• Oversee large-scale real-time implementations involving up to 100 video streams.
• Optimize models like CNNs and Vision Transformers utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ONNX.
• Create and deploy inference pipelines using NVIDIA technologies, including NGC models, TAO Toolkit, DeepStream, Metropolis, and Triton Server.
• Implement pre and post-processing techniques to improve model performance and evaluation.
• Develop and execute multi-object tracking algorithms across various camera feeds.
• Conduct camera calibration and extract regions of interest (ROI), along with action recognition through temporal analysis methods.
• Formulate models for feature extraction and devise strategies for latent space analysis and data manipulation.
• Expertise in crafting complex SQL queries; familiarity with NoSQL or Graph Databases, such as Neo4j, is a plus.
• Understanding of infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform and Ansible, is beneficial.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is an asset.
