SAP DM Consultant

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a seasoned SAP Digital Manufacturing Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ME, SAP MII, and SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• The perfect candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of integration with SAP S/4HANA, MES implementation, and solutions related to Industry 4.0.
• This role presents an opportunity to spearhead end-to-end implementations, enhance manufacturing processes, and facilitate smart factory initiatives for international clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• A typical day for an Infoscion involves leading engagement efforts to deliver high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions.
• Lead SAP Digital Manufacturing implementations across various sectors.
• Configure and tailor SAP ME and MII modules for effective production tracking, equipment integration, and quality management.
• Seamlessly integrate SAP S/4HANA with MES systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop optimized workflows aimed at boosting efficiency and minimizing downtime.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including blueprinting, prototyping, testing, data migration, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Organize training workshops for end users and IT personnel.
• Monitor system performance and suggest ongoing improvements.
• Stay informed about innovations in SAP DM, IoT, and trends related to Industry 4.0.
• Provide tailored solutions to clients at various stages, from problem identification to diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.
• Review proposals prepared by consultants, offering guidance and analyzing solutions to identify potential risks and challenges.
• Assess change management needs and propose a structured approach for clients to manage transitions through various communication methods.
• Coach and establish a vision for the team, providing subject matter training in your areas of expertise while motivating and inspiring team members through timely feedback and recognition for outstanding performance.
• Act as a key contributor to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions, while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical Qualifications:

• 9 years of experience in SAP ME and MII, with at least 3 years in SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM).
• A minimum of 1 complete SAP DMC implementation.
• Expertise in SAP DMC site setup, shop floor execution, PODs, data collection, genealogy, and integration with S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP, QM, and PM modules.
• Experience with IoT and cloud-based manufacturing solutions, as well as Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Excellent skills in consulting documentation and business process mapping.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
