Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- A typical day working as an Infoscion
- As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main role involves understanding client challenges, diagnosing critical issues, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure customer satisfaction
- You will prepare proposals by taking ownership of sections of the proposal document and contributing insights into solution design based on your areas of expertise
- Plan and execute activities such as configuring the product according to the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving queries related to requirements and solution architecture
- Deliver solution demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with the client’s budget and organizational financial guidelines
- Lead small-scale projects actively and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients

Technical Qualifications:
- Minimum of 9 years of professional experience; certification in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) is preferred
- Mandatory experience in SAP Subscription Billing (SOM) solution
- Proven track record of at least 2 end-to-end implementations within the SAP BRIM domain
- Experience in managing BRIM-related consulting projects, from gathering business requirements to deploying solutions through medium to long-term engagements
- Support experience in business process operations, including ongoing maintenance and enhancements for existing production-enabled clients
- Strong working knowledge of Subscription Order Management and Convergent Invoicing
- Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end configuration and customization in SAP CRM, Convergent Charging, and Convergent Invoicing modules
- Experience working within subscription-based industries across various sectors
