CRM Technical Consultant

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and provide ongoing support for SAP Trade Management 4.0, including technical architecture and system enhancements
• Create and tailor SAP CRM WebUI components utilizing BOL GenIL frameworks to meet business needs
• Assess business requirements and develop architectural solutions to address technical gaps within Trade Management
• Oversee CRM S/4HANA and CRM BI integration scenarios, including queue monitoring and data load management
• Execute CRM ABAP development tasks involving OO BAdIs, enhancements, and the One Order Framework
• Provide support for core CRM modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing frameworks
• Manage technical artifacts including Reports, Actions, Status Management Interfaces, IDocs, Smart Forms, and Transaction Launcher
• Work closely with functional teams in BI and S/4HANA to ensure seamless end-to-end project delivery and deliver comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer

Technical Skill Set:

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Trade Management 4.0
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA 0 or higher versions
• Expertise in CRM WebUI development, configuration, and BOL GenIL frameworks
• In-depth understanding of CRM Middleware, including delta loads, queue management, and debugging techniques
• Strong skills in CRM ABAP development, encompassing OO BAdIs, enhancements, BAPIs, and Function Modules
• Knowledge of One Order Framework, Marketing, CGPL framework, and relevant CRM TM tables
• Familiarity with CRM to BI and CRM to S/4HANA integration workflows
• Experience with UI5 enhancements in Trade Management and RICEFW objects
• Proficiency with Web Services interfaces, transaction launcher, and CRM debugging tools
