Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Embark on a typical day as an Infoscion, engaging in core responsibilities and client interactions.
- Within the Infosys consulting team, your main role is to deeply understand client challenges, identify problem areas, craft innovative solutions, and support their deployment to ensure client satisfaction.
- Take ownership of proposal development by contributing to specific sections of the proposal document and providing expert input into solution design.
- Plan and execute configuration activities, tailor the product according to the design, lead conference room pilots, and assist in resolving any requirement or solution-related queries.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POC), and workshops on technology to showcase solutions, while preparing effort estimates aligned with client budgets and organizational financial policies.
- Lead small-scale projects actively and contribute to team and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Technical Expertise:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP CRM Service, including at least 5 full lifecycle implementations.
- Preferably, have completed at least one SAP S/4HANA Service implementation.
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP Best Practices with hands-on experience in tailoring them to meet customer requirements.
- Practical experience in configuration, integration testing, deployment, and documentation processes.
- Proficiency in CRM WebUI enhancements and technical components such as BADI, BAPI, and IDoc.
- Capability to develop and maintain functional and technical specifications, configuration documentation, and end-user training materials.
- Strong skills in debugging, issue analysis, and providing production support.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM WebUI enhancements, BADI, BAPI, and IDoc handling.
- Excellent understanding of custom development and debugging techniques.
