SAP CRM ISU Consultant

Primary Responsibilities:

• A typical day working as an Infoscion
• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to understand customer challenges thoroughly, identify problem areas, craft innovative solutions, and oversee deployment to ensure client satisfaction.
• You will contribute to proposal development by taking ownership of specific sections of the proposal document and providing expert input into solution design.
• Plan and execute configuration activities, tailor the product according to the design specifications, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution architecture.
• Perform solution and product demonstrations, lead Proof of Concept (PoC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgets and organizational financial standards.
• Take a proactive role in leading small projects and actively participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to clients.

Technical Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the SAP CRM Industry Solution Utilities (IS-U) environment, covering both implementation and support roles
• Deep domain knowledge of the Electricity, Gas, and Water Utility sectors
• Proficiency in CRM IS-U processes such as Move-In, Move-Out, Reconnection, Disconnection, Orders, Contracts, Customer Service, and MDT
• Practical experience with IC WebClient, Navigation Bar, Profile Management, Business Role creation, and Number Range configuration
• Knowledge of CRM Middleware, BDocs replication, MDT product setup, and BRF+ configuration
• Familiarity with key CRM and IS-U tables, along with the ability to draft detailed functional specifications and business documentation
• Understanding of system integration with SAP and non-SAP platforms, including FICA, Billing, Device Management, and IDEX systems
