Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engage in daily activities as an Infoscion, contributing to client success and organizational goals.
- Within the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to identify core customer challenges, analyze problem areas, craft innovative solutions, and support their deployment to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals by taking ownership of specific sections of the proposal document and providing expert input into solution design.
- Plan and execute configuration activities, tailor the product according to design specifications, facilitate conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution architecture.
- Lead solution demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC) workshops, and estimate effort durations aligned with customer budgets and organizational financial standards.
- Take charge of small projects, contribute to team and organizational initiatives, and deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Technical Expertise:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience; certification in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) is preferred.
- Mandatory experience in SAP Subscription Billing (SOM) solution.
- Proven track record of at least two end-to-end implementations within the SAP BRIM domain.
- Experience managing BRIM-related consulting projects, including business requirements gathering through to deployment, spanning medium to long-term engagements.
- Support operational activities by providing ongoing maintenance and enhancements for existing production environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Subscription Order Management and Convergent Invoicing processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of configuration and customization in SAP CRM, Convergent Charging, and Convergent Invoicing modules.
- Experience working within the subscription sector across various industries.

- Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to deliverables by analyzing and structuring relevant data effectively.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Assess existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend suitable technological solutions.
