Primary Responsibilities:

A typical day in the role of an Infoscion
Collaborate closely with the Infosys consulting team to support various project phases, including problem identification, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution development, design, and deployment
Research and evaluate alternative solutions by conducting literature reviews, analyzing publicly available information, vendor assessments, and other relevant data, and develop proof of concepts (POCs)
Translate business needs into comprehensive requirement specifications, define future-state processes, and develop detailed functional designs
Assist in configuring solution requirements within relevant products, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, seek clarifications, and identify optimal solution options
Contribute to both individual and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience, including a minimum of 1 year of full lifecycle SAP C4C project implementations
Proficient in functional configuration and implementation across two or more SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud projects
Experience with other SAP C4H products such as SAP Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Customer Data Cloud, along with a working understanding of S/4HANA, is highly desirable
Certification in Callidus Cloud is considered an added advantage

Ability to develop strategic value-adding solutions that enable clients to innovate, foster growth, and enhance profitability
Strong knowledge of software configuration management systems
Awareness of current industry technologies and trends
Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative mindset
Understanding of financial processes across various projects and familiarity with different pricing models
Capability to evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend suitable technology solutions
Knowledge of one or more industry domains
Effective client engagement and communication skills
Experience in project coordination and team leadership
