We are actively seeking an experienced Tech Lead QA to become a key member of our innovative team based in India. The successful candidate will oversee all quality assurance initiatives, ensuring the consistent delivery of superior software products. As a Tech Lead QA, you will be instrumental in developing testing strategies and mentoring junior quality assurance personnel to uphold excellence in our testing processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Direct the QA team in formulating and executing comprehensive testing strategies and plans.
- Supervise the creation and implementation of test cases, scripts, and detailed testing plans.
- Coordinate with cross-functional development teams to embed quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers, promoting best practices and testing methodologies.
- Detect, document, and monitor defects utilizing appropriate tools and systematic approaches.
- Perform regular code reviews and ensure compliance with established QA standards and processes.
- Analyze testing outcomes and deliver actionable feedback to enhance overall software quality.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of proven experience in software quality assurance and testing roles.
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies, strategies, and processes.
- Expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Experience with performance testing tools including JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development frameworks.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
