Key Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, oversee, and revise maintenance programs and project timelines for infrastructure. Formulate annual budgets and monitor spending related to maintenance and project activities. Supervise and coordinate contractors engaged in maintenance and project operations. Create contract specifications for soliciting quotations and tenders for maintenance and project services. Communicate with government entities concerning civil and marine matters.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building or Facility Management, or a related discipline. Ability to work on-site at the terminal facility. Prior experience in infrastructure maintenance or project management is advantageous.
