Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled Product Lead for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and individual performance. This role will focus on enhancing digital healthcare capabilities within a product-centric operational framework. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, converting overarching strategies into actionable roadmaps, managing project delivery, and ensuring alignment with senior enterprise stakeholders. Candidates must be prepared to start contributing effectively from the first day.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Vision: Convert organizational goals into well-defined product strategies and comprehensive multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Planning & Prioritization: Oversee product backlogs while effectively managing business priorities, technical debts, security compliance, and resource limitations.
• Delivery Execution: Spearhead comprehensive digital delivery initiatives across engineering teams, platform leads, and external partners, while keeping track of budget and adoption metrics.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Direct cross-functional teams (including Capability Managers) and ensure alignment with senior enterprise executives and public-sector stakeholders.
• Governance & Metrics: Responsible for product KPIs, risk management, and compliance with rigorous architectural and security standards.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Over 15 years of overall experience, demonstrating a strong background in senior Product Management or Technology Leadership within large, intricate organizations.
• Skills: Proficient in stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, enterprise governance, and agile delivery methodologies. Experience in healthcare or the public sector is highly advantageous.
