Systems Programmer (Pega)

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize extensive knowledge of the Pega Platform, including its debugging tools and features
• Enhance application efficiency through performance tuning techniques and system performance tools
• Deliver a diverse range of functionalities, from crafting exceptional user experiences to addressing intricate case management needs
• Develop solutions that effectively manage complex business rule interactions
• Employ in-depth understanding of class structure design to build reusable application functions and features
• Address demanding reporting and system integration challenges
• Apply Pega application design principles, case design best practices, and industry standards throughout project execution
• Evaluate requirements, formulate application designs, and build components for Pega multi-process applications

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Pega Senior Systems Architect Certification
• Over 6 years of experience as a Certified Senior Systems Architect, specializing in complex design creation, reusable function development, effective user interfaces, and sophisticated reporting and integration solutions for Pega multi-process applications
• Exceptional design capabilities
• Thorough understanding of Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and development best practices
• Proven history of successful Pega application implementations that fulfill user requirements
• Strong grasp of System Architecture and Administration principles
• Proficient design and implementation experience in an Agile development environment
