R2R Transformation Manager

Core Responsibilities:

Record-to-Report (R2R) Transformation

• Take ownership of the comprehensive Record-to-Report (RTR) process design, governance, and performance oversight across all organizational divisions.
• Advance process standardization, harmonization, and digitization while minimizing local deviations to comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Establish the 'North Star' vision and strategic roadmap for RTR, encompassing policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Direct regular process evaluations and re-engineering projects aimed at removing non-value-adding tasks and reducing complexity.
• Serve as the key authority for changes in the RTR process, technology deployments, and compliance issues.

Governance & Controls

• Collaborate with Corporate Control and Internal Audit teams to integrate internal controls into process design effectively.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Days to Close and Balance Sheet Reconciliation Quality to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.

Digital Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing RPA, AI, and process mining technologies.
• Foster strong partnerships with Finance, IT, Operations, and Business Units to gain support for process modifications.
• Advocate for change management strategies to ensure the effective implementation and adoption of new processes and technologies.
