Assistant Finance Manager

Primary Duties:

• Oversee the complete set of accounts for Singapore and its regional markets.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to ensure precision and uncover cost-saving opportunities.
• Supervise month-end closing processes, guaranteeing timely and comprehensive reporting.
• Manage inter-company transactions, along with reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
• Review and file local tax submissions, including GST and corporate tax obligations.
• Direct the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate annual statutory audits while working closely with external auditors.
• Assist in monthly business reviews by providing insights for variance analysis, addressing gaps, and forecasting.
• Enhance internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Track receivables and implement strategies to optimize cash flow.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives and finance-related projects.
• Support additional tasks and initiatives as needed.
