HR & Organisational Development Intern

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive intern to become part of our People Team, contributing to essential projects in organizational design and people analytics. This position provides a valuable chance to acquire practical experience in how businesses define their workforce frameworks and utilize data insights to influence significant business strategies.

Organizational Design:

• Assist in evaluating and interpreting current organizational frameworks and internal workforce metrics
• Support the creation and execution of organizational effectiveness measures and governance rhythms

People Analytics:

• Gather, structure, and analyze people-related information to reveal actionable insights
• Aid in developing dashboards within HR software or visualizations on platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to monitor key performance indicators
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the precision and reliability of data
• Create impactful reports that guide workforce planning, performance evaluation, and talent strategy
• Spot patterns and trends that facilitate data-driven decision-making

Candidate Profile

We are in search of motivated candidates who possess the following skills and characteristics:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
• Interest in or previous experience in HR, organizational strategy, or consulting settings
• Strong analytical skills; adept in data collection, organization, and reporting
• Highly skilled in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data modeling techniques
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
• A proactive mindset with the capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
• A curious attitude with a desire to learn and make contributions
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and solving problems in a dynamic environment
