Job Description
- Strategic Planning: Formulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Order to Cash (OTC) process in alignment with corporate goals.
- Process Governance: Develop standardized process designs while enforcing compliance and governance controls.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Cash Conversion Cycle, and Past Due Percentage.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives aimed at process enhancement and adopt advanced technologies for automation and digital transformation.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, leading change management strategies for the effective implementation of new processes.
- Project Leadership: Spearhead significant transformation initiatives such as ERP system implementation and shared service migration.
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with financial controls, SFRS standards, and tax regulations.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate the seamless integration of OTC processes across various business units.
