Regional Finance Director

Primary Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight & Strategy

• Manage the organization's financial assets to guarantee short-term and long-term fiscal health.
• Steer financial planning, risk assessment, and capital structure decisions to bolster growth opportunities.
• Assess significant business endeavors, including acquisitions, investments, capital expenditures, and divestitures, to ensure financial soundness.
• Establish and nurture relationships with banks, analysts, and financial institutions to facilitate business functions.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to regulations, accounting principles, and corporate governance mandates.
• Supervise the timely and precise preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and regulatory submissions.
• Improve internal controls and financial systems to enhance efficiency and dependability.

Team Management & Development

• Lead and nurture regional finance teams, promoting a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Drive process enhancements and adopt best practices to optimize operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful financial insights.
