Financial Controller

Primary Duties:

• Manage comprehensive finance operations for the Southeast Asia region, guaranteeing adherence to statutory regulations and global standards.
• Formulate and implement financial strategies that align with overarching business objectives, collaborating closely with senior leadership on planning and pricing strategies.
• Enhance financial performance through thorough analysis, variance assessments, and profitability evaluations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements for auditing and regulatory submissions.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting activities, providing valuable financial insights for decision-making.
• Enhance governance, ensure compliance with regulations, and strengthen internal controls across all markets.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of operational excellence and ongoing improvement.
