Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and engage in full-cycle projects for the implementation of systems
• Collaborate with Architects, Security, and Development Leads to ensure that solution designs align with enterprise design principles, as well as security and control standards
• Coordinate with application teams across various groups and countries to develop enhancements according to the technical solution plan
• Evaluate user requirements and translate them into design documents and other system documentation to capture essential design decisions
• Plan technical deliverables and carry out design and development tasks to fulfill project requirements on schedule
• Conduct data mapping and process mapping with interfacing applications
• Timely escalate issues affecting project schedules and suggest workarounds or resolutions
• Generate technical documentation for solutions, ensuring timely, comprehensive, and accurate reports as needed
• Test, maintain, and recommend software enhancements to guarantee robust functionality and optimization
• Collaborate with production support team members to perform root cause analyses of issues, review both new and existing code, and conduct unit testing
• Work alongside Test Management teams to ensure the successful completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testing with quality outcomes
• Engage with other application teams and business users to prepare test cases and test data prior to testing in the UAT and Mock Run environments
• Oversee project change request approval processes and deployment timelines
• Provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment
• Collaborate with various units across IT and the business within the organization
• Manage external vendors to ensure project delivery aligns with schedule
