Job Description: Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and actively participate in comprehensive projects involving the deployment of machine learning systems.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, Security teams, and Development Leads to ensure solution designs adhere to enterprise standards, security protocols, and control policies.
• Coordinate with application teams across various groups and countries to develop enhancements aligned with the technical solution plan.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into detailed design documents and system documentation, capturing key design decisions.
• Plan technical deliverables, execute design and development tasks to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Conduct data and process mapping for interfacing applications to ensure seamless integration.
• Identify and escalate issues that could impact project timelines, proposing effective workarounds and resolutions.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Test, maintain, and recommend software improvements to enhance functionality and system performance.
• Collaborate with the production support team to perform root cause analysis, review code, and conduct unit testing as needed.
• Work with Test Management teams to ensure successful completion of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance/load testing, and security assessments, achieving high-quality results.
• Partner with application teams and business stakeholders to prepare test cases and test data for UAT and mock environment testing.
• Oversee project change request approval processes and manage deployment schedules.
• Provide technical and testing support before, during, and after production deployment to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with various IT and business units within the organization to facilitate project success.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure timely project delivery within scope and schedule.
