Specialist - Social Media (Bahasa Indonesia)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Technical Support for HONOR smartphones and various devices including tablets, PCs, modems, etc., through non-voice channels like chat, social media, and email.
• Primarily address and respond to user inquiries and questions.
• Refer technical issues or complaints that cannot be resolved within the service level agreement (SLA) to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain systematic tracking of escalated issues until resolution.
• Effectively provide customer solutions while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate with and adapt to diverse customer types.

Required Skills:

• College graduate or higher, preferably with a background in Electronics, Communications, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and Indonesian.
• Experience with other leading mobile phone manufacturers is a plus.
• Previous contact center experience is preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, MS Outlook, Chrome, and Internet Explorer.
• Basic skills in web-based applications, including navigating the Internet and searching on a computer.

Compensation Package:

• Potential earnings of up to RM3,550.
• Quarterly performance-related allowance.
