Your Responsibilities:
- Talent Advisor: Advise clients on strategic talent acquisition and management within the realms of accounting, finance, and strategy.
- Career Advisor: Offer personalized career guidance to candidates, assisting them from aspiration assessment through to offer management and onboarding.
- Business Development: Discover and nurture new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and grow your portfolio.
Qualifications We Seek:
- Experience: At least 3 years in a related field, preferably with backgrounds in dynamic industries such as commodities or Big 4 firms.
