Legal Counsel – Retail 5+ PQE

Our client, a globally recognized brand epitomizing luxury and prestige, is expanding its regional presence and is in search of a Legal Counsel. This role will oversee all aspects of legal, contractual, risk management, compliance, and internal controls relevant to their operations.

The ideal applicant will bring a solid foundation in corporate law, compliance, competition/antitrust law, or employment law, coupled with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication abilities are crucial, as the position requires frequent interaction with both headquarters and regional teams.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate the following:

• A recognized law degree with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), acquired through a corporate practice at a leading international firm or in-house at an organization with global operations.
• Proficiency in commercial law, encompassing general corporate, competition/antitrust, or employment law.
• The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a diligent and efficient work ethic.
• Strategic thinking capabilities alongside strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in project management, with well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
