Responsibilities

• Talent advisor: Guide clients on effective talent acquisition and management strategies, develop a specialized proposition and talent pool for meaningful client engagement, etc.
• Career advisor: Assess candidates' aspirations and goals, offering valuable insights on potential opportunities, and providing comprehensive support throughout the interview and offer management processes.
• Team collaborator: Engage in team initiatives that promote brand development, including networking events and marketing materials.
• Business developer: Discover new business prospects, cultivate relationships, and manage and expand your client portfolio.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 1 to 6 years of post-graduate experience
• A demonstrable history of success in dynamic and service-oriented sectors
• A natural ability to forge strong relationships
• A passion for advancing your career in an entrepreneurial setting
• An engaging and persistent attitude
• A strong sense of integrity
• Excellent communication skills
