Employment Counsel

We are seeking a seasoned employment lawyer interested in transitioning to an in-house position within a vibrant and fast-paced corporate environment. This role as an Employment Counsel will be integral in delivering strategic legal counsel across a wide spectrum of employment law issues. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, providing essential legal support that aids in the organization's ongoing development and achievements.

Your responsibilities will include advising on various employment-related matters such as employee relations, ESOPS, benefits, and regulatory compliance. You will also take charge of drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures tailored to meet the specific demands of a technology-focused company. Additionally, you will oversee employment litigation and disputes, managing negotiations and settlements while ensuring the organization remains updated on the latest employment law changes and regulations.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must be a Singapore-qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law. Your commercially driven approach equips you to provide practical, solution-focused advice to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
