Key Responsibilities

• Talent Advisor: Provide expert guidance to clients on talent acquisition and management strategies, and develop a specialized proposition and talent pool to engage effectively with clients.
• Career Advisor: Assess candidates' aspirations and goals, offering valuable advice on potential opportunities, and provide comprehensive support throughout the interview and offer management process.
• Team Collaborator: Participate in team-driven initiatives aimed at enhancing your brand, such as networking events and marketing materials.
• Business Developer: Discover new business opportunities, cultivate relationships, and manage and expand your client portfolio.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should ideally possess:

• 1 to 6 years of post-graduate experience
• A successful track record in fast-paced, service-oriented environments
• A strong ability to cultivate meaningful relationships
• A commitment to advancing your career in an entrepreneurial setting
• A proactive and resilient attitude
• A high degree of integrity
• Outstanding communication skills
