Specialist IT Technical Analyst (English and Mandarin Language Support)

Key Responsibilities of the Position:

• Create a comprehensive product roadmap, pinpointing significant opportunities and forming strategic partnerships.
• Exhibit and cultivate extensive domain knowledge, maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape, and offer consulting on best practices and emerging industry trends.
• Provide solutions that outline the processes, technologies, staffing, and project management necessary for successful implementation.
• Establish and oversee requirements for functionalities, including business solution concepts, user stories, test case inputs, business cases (ROI value), or other relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with UX teams on concept development, wireframes, comps, and prototypes.
• Engage in Release and Sprint Planning activities.
• Set business and web success metrics in collaboration with the analytics team and track performance outcomes.
• Advocate for needs and priorities throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure the representation of business and customer interests, aligning online development, engineering, and user experience teams with these requirements.
• Act as a 'trusted expert advisor' to both internal and external stakeholders, delivering formal advice, conducting executive customer presentations, and participating in speaking engagements at industry events.
• Update stakeholders and executives on project status and facilitate demonstrations.

Required Skills:

• Fluent English speaker or equivalent proficiency with excellent communication capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in building business relationships and presales of technology concepts/solutions.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with system development methodologies, product management, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with relevant technical and development expertise.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and navigate complex issues effectively.
• Experience working within a diverse, global team environment.
• Skill in communicating with various audience levels in the most effective manner.
• Capability to collaborate with the technology team to understand technical limitations and devise a joint plan.
• Proficiency in building external partnerships with customers and industry experts for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Experience working in an Agile setting to fulfill the product roadmap.

Compensation Package:

• Competitive Salary (RM6,000 – RM13,000).
