PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee Production Specialists and Front Line Managers

• Ensure adherence to SLA, quality standards, and process performance metrics

• Address client escalations and guarantee efficient service delivery

• Implement process enhancements utilizing DMAIC / Six Sigma methodologies

• Supervise team performance, productivity, and development

• Promote process standardization and enhance operational efficiency

• Manage Management Information Systems (MIS), reporting, and stakeholder relations

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Experience in Data Annotation / Operations is preferred

Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities

Proficient in client interaction and escalation resolution

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent leadership and people management capabilities

Keen attention to detail
