Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (4–8 years) to join our team in India. The selected candidate will implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensure smooth integration with HR workflows, and deliver continuous user support.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management System.
• Work with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and develop practical solution designs.
• Provide support for system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting for issues related to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Run end-user training sessions and support change management activities throughout implementations.
• Keep up to date with new SAP SuccessFactors features and functionalities to support optimal platform usage.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and established best practices.
• Proficiency with data migration tools and methodologies in the context of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with other SAP modules or third-party applications.
• Ability to assess complex business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders and delivering training.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
