Asst Vice President - I - Associate Delivery Lead_Project Management

In the role of Assistant Vice President - I - Associate Delivery Lead_Project Management, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and growth of an over $15M healthcare technology portfolio for a Payers client—part of a leading global organization with 200+ professionals working across onsite and offshore locations. You will work at the intersection of delivery excellence, executive client partnership, financial performance, people leadership, and AI-led transformation. This is an opportunity to influence large-scale outcomes, reinforce strategic client relationships, and develop a high-performing delivery organization.

Responsibilities: -

• Own end-to-end delivery of a $15M+ portfolio, and be accountable for revenue realization, profitability, growth, quality, predictability, and client outcomes.
• Lead a global delivery organization of 200+ resources across onsite and offshore locations, and provide direction to Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Architects, and subject matter experts.
• Establish and strengthen portfolio governance, operating rhythms, KPIs, executive reviews, escalation mechanisms, and decision-making forums across multiple programs.
• Ensure delivery commitments are met within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, contractual, security, and compliance expectations.
• Drive proactive identification and mitigation of delivery, operational, financial, contractual, and cross-program dependency risks, and maintain audit-ready governance documentation.
• Serve as the primary delivery leader and trusted advisor for client stakeholders, strengthen executive relationships with leadership, and align delivery strategy with business and technology priorities.
• Lead strategic discussions on digital transformation, modernization, AI adoption, Cloud-native operating models, and measurable business value realization.
• Own portfolio financial planning and controls, including revenue, margin performance, forecasting, budgeting, resource utilization, workforce optimization, pyramid management, and offshore leverage.
• Build metrics-driven executive dashboards for revenue and margin, utilization, delivery predictability, schedule and cost variance, quality and defects, and customer satisfaction measures such as CSAT/NPS.
• Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with internal and client stakeholders, and convert portfolio insights into corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote continuous improvement through automation, Agentic AI, AI-enabled SDLC practices, DevOps, Agile delivery, reusable assets, and operational best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience.
• Contribute to account growth through delivery-led business development, identification of expansion opportunities, alignment with pipeline priorities, and participation in opportunity conversion.
• Develop leadership capability and succession plans, mentor high-potential talent, support career development, and cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, engagement, and retention.
• Drive quality and service excellence through technical and delivery governance, architecture/design reviews where appropriate, performance optimization, security considerations, and adherence to enterprise standards.
• Partner with business, technology, and internal leadership to enable healthcare platform and process modernization, balancing customer value, operational efficiency, scale, and sustainable growth.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant program, delivery, Agile, Cloud, or technology certifications are desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills: -

• 18+ years of experience in IT Services, Consulting, Technology Delivery, or large-scale program and portfolio leadership.
• Proven experience managing $10M-$20M+ portfolios and global teams of approximately 150-300+ resources.
• Demonstrated success in delivery leadership, transformation programs, executive client engagement, financial management, and global delivery models
• Extensive experience leading large portfolios and programs, including delivery governance and executive stakeholder and client relationship management
• Portfolio financial management including revenue realization, margin performance, forecasting, budgeting, utilization, workforce optimization, and pyramid management
• Expertise in risk, dependency, quality, compliance, contractual governance, audit readiness, and executive reporting
• Healthcare technology delivery exposure, with the capability to operate across complex business and technology programs
• Agile delivery, DevOps enablement, Cloud-native operating models, automation, AI-enabled SDLC practices, and enterprise transformation leadership
• Metrics and performance management across delivery predictability, schedule/cost variance, quality, defects, CSAT/NPS, revenue, margin, and utilization

Good to Have Skills: -

• Healthcare payer-provider ecosystem experience and familiarity with large healthcare technology accounts
