Senior Agentic AI Engineer with 8+ years of software engineering experience, demonstrating strong Python skills and proven testing practices.
2+ years of hands-on experience building LLM applications for deployment to real users, including agent-based workflows, tool calling, and RAG.
Practical experience with at least one agent framework (LangGraph, Strands, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar) and familiarity with tool protocols such as MCP.
Experience evaluating and systematically improving LLM output quality.
Strong AWS experience across Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, and IAM, along with infrastructure as code; Terraform is preferred.
Experience with AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Bedrock Knowledge Bases, or vector search solutions such as OpenSearch and pgvector.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders. ## Nice to have
Document AI expertise, including Textract, OCR, layout and table extraction, and vision-language models.
Experience with Anthropic Claude models, prompt caching, and model tiering to manage cost.
Background in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, or claims. - CI/CD for AI systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and basic React.
