• Location: Central Office
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Remuneration: $4,000 - $5,000 Basic Salary + AWS + VB + Incentives

Position Overview:

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer training to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Keep detailed service records and conduct prompt on-site visits to reduce equipment downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to uphold service quality, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide technical support.
• Visit customer sites to carry out machine assembly, alignment, installation, commissioning, and operational testing.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on troubleshooting experience with scientific instruments, medical devices, instrumentation, or manufacturing equipment
