Senior Scrum Master

Location: Singapore | Experience: 5+ Years | Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are in search of a Senior Scrum Master to guide cross-functional development teams, enhance delivery performance, and cultivate an Agile environment. Your role will involve removing obstacles, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring that engineering efforts align with product objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Facilitate & Coach: Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives; provide coaching to squads and Product Owners on Agile methodologies.
• Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and resolve technical, operational, and inter-team dependencies to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Product Managers and senior stakeholders to oversee release expectations, scope, and associated risks.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze metrics (Velocity, Cycle Time, Burndown) to promote ongoing improvement within the team.

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software or technology-focused teams.
• Current certification in PSM II, CSM, or SAFe.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
