We are seeking an experienced Associate with 11 to 15 years of expertise in FICO modules within the finance and banking industry to lead and manage financial solution implementations.
Job Description
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules including GL, AR, AP, AA, BA, CEA, CCA, PCA, IO, and TR. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO solutions with other SAP modules and banking systems. Analyze complex financial processes and provide innovative solutions to optimize financial operations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements within financial systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in finance-related business processes through technology. Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members on FICO best practices and technical expertise. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in finance technology and banking industry standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as a key stakeholder and subject matter expert in SAP FICO for finance and banking projects.
Manage end-to-end project delivery including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Lead workshops and client interactions to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Oversee troubleshooting, issue resolution, and post-implementation support for FICO modules.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and testing teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.
Drive strategic initiatives to enhance financial data accuracy, reporting, and compliance within banking operations.
