Duties

• Ensure the boutique is always maintained to the highest standards. Engage with customers professionally, utilizing extensive knowledge of luxury watches and jewelry. Highlight the distinctive features and craftsmanship of various brands and models. Assess customer preferences to offer tailored recommendations. Assist customers throughout the entire sales journey, including after-sales service. Develop and maintain a robust client network by building lasting relationships. Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the luxury watch and jewelry sector. Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Educational background of at least O-Level or equivalent. A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, ideally in a luxury setting. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
