Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vital account relationships and stimulate sales growth in designated channels. Develop and synchronize annual business plans and strategies to achieve channel KPIs. Facilitate collaborative business planning sessions and regular assessments with key clients. Manage the allocation and utilization of advertising and promotional funds. Partner with the marketing team to execute category and brand strategies. Plan, implement, and evaluate trade promotions, including pricing and promotional offers. Coordinate new product introductions and manage associated promotional activities. Monitor distribution and product range extensions to support category growth. Conduct regular reviews of retailers' planograms to uncover growth potential. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure effective store coverage and display execution. Strive for exemplary execution in the trade. Create and deploy new business development strategies to broaden market presence. Develop promotional plans aimed at entering new market segments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, ideally within top multinational firms. Understanding of both Modern Trade and General Trade channels, with experience in managing key accounts and collaborating with distributors. Self-motivation and initiative are crucial. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. A positive mindset and a strong desire to succeed in a demanding environment. Capability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in computer applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
